As we settle into the night, temperatures are dipping to a cozy low of 13 degrees, making it quite the starry but partly cloudy evening. It seems our air quality has taken a slight turn, now at a moderate level, meaning it's best to breathe easy if you plan on strolling through the Forum tomorrow.
